Purge data
This option clears the application of all data. Confirm by clicking on [Wish]. Warning: this action is irreversible. Only by restoring a backup can you recover the data you have saved.
Update data structure
This option allows you to force the application to update its data structure. Confirm by clicking on [Update data structure].
Optimize and re-index data
If the application is used intensively, and in particular if many analyses have been deleted, the application database may need to be optimized and reindexed to regain its full performance. This action does not delete any data. Confirm by clicking [Yes].
Check data
This operation identifies any errors in the application data (such as orphaned information) and – if possible – corrects them. It is advisable to perform this check periodically. An option allows you to set the frequency of these checks.
Delete a backup
This tool allows you to delete previously made backups. A list of backups is displayed. Select the backup you wish to restore and click on [Delete this backup]. Warning: this action is irreversible.
Restore data
This tool replaces current data with data from a backup. A list of backups is displayed. Select the backup you wish to restore and click on [Restore this backup]. Caution: All data is deleted and replaced by that of the backup.
Save data
This tool generates a data backup. This backup can then be used to restore data following an error, for example. Confirm the backup by clicking on [Yes].
