How to deactivate a license

Deactivating an application involves removing the computer from the list of computers for which the license had been activated. This allows the application to be used on another computer, for example.

You can perform this action on the computer concerned or on the site.

On the computer

To deactivate the application, display the license management window in the application (menu “?” / option “License activation”). Use the “Deactivate license” button.

If the indicated key is correct and if the license activation has been performed, the deactivation will be carried out.

Following this action, use of the application becomes “restricted” on the computer concerned.

Display the license concerned and deactivate the computer for which you wish to deactivate the license. To identify the computer, compare the site with the computer ID shown in the license management window.
