How can I get support for an application?

If you have downloaded an application from our site, you can use our ticket system to ask a question or report a problem with the application:

  1. Log on to the site.
  2. Write a new ticket, providing as many details as possible about the problem you’ve encountered.

You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail and then an e-mail each time your ticket is answered. You can also track the progress of your tickets directly on the site.
